What is your return policy?

I hope you are thrilled with your order however, if you aren't satisfied please read the following - 

1. Your Right To Cancel 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to request a cancellation and refund. To do so please contact me at wickedstitchinbox@outlook.com with your order details.

EXCEPTIONS

*Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Return Conditions

*Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.

*To return please use a tracked service - Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the order. 

3. Refund Process

*Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

*If the item shows signs of use/wear i may reduce your refund to cover the loss in value.

4. Faulty OR Damaged Items

If your item(s)  arrive faulty or damaged please notify me within 14 days of receipt with photo evidence. I'll offer a replacement, repair or refund, including return postage costs.   

 

Do you accept wholesale orders?

YES! If the items are in stock please order as normal. If you are wanting custom orders or more items than I have in stock please do email me with your request to wickedstitchinbox@outlook.com and I shall get back to you within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout. Please double check your postal address as I am not responsible for orders going to the wrong address. All international orders will be posted via Royal Mail and are fully tracked. Please note - I'm not responsible for any custom charges or tax upon you receiving your order.

Shipping times vary for each country so please be patient. Thank you.

How do custom orders work?

Any item you see on my page can be custom made with different colours/sizes.

Turn around time can be between 2-3 weeks at the moment. If you would like an item by a certain date please do email me and I shall do my best.

Where can I leave a review?

I would be honoured if you could leave me a review, as a small business it means the world!

Reviews can be left via TikTok, tagging on Instagram or sent to my email which will then be posted on my socials. Thank you! <3 

How do I care for my item?

All my items are handmade and the following can be used - lint rollers, damp cloths, hoover on a low setting and if any fibres come loose these can be trimmed with a small pair of scissors. Blot any spills with a damp cloth DO NOT RUB.
